TAR Elementary Atlas class set recommendation

I want to purchase a classroom set of atlases for one of my elementary
schools, and I'm looking for recommendations.  I need the atlases to be
up-to-date, have great color maps, a decent index, and of course a good
price.  In another job I once bought a set I did not like very much from
World Almanac, but of course I can't remember which ones they were.
Anyway, these atlases would be used primarily by grades 3-5.  Thanks in
advance for any help you can give me.  LM_NET is the best!
