Recently I cancelled our AOL membership and uninstalled the program. My
children downloaded AIM and all of its toolbars, etc. Since then opening
e-mail takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Usually I get a pop up
message saying "Cannot load white space (mutex stuck)." When I click OK my
e-mail opens--finally. I have eliminated the pop up blocker from AIM
however, that didn't resolve the problem. Does anyone know what this
means? Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you fix it.
Please advise. Thanks!
