[LM_NET] TARGET: Library Burnout

 I've come to the collective brain for help. I'm seeking current articles
about burnout among media specialist or librarian burnout? The articles I've
found are dated 1999 or 2000. I was hoping for something more current. Do
librarians have time to think about burnout? If you would, please send your
comments or articles to me. Thank you
