Our district's insurance company requires that TV's be secured, either
by strap or bolted. We are also prohibited from allowing students to
push AV carts. The tops of the cases of our newest TVs are rounded so
the straps won't stay. We bolted them to the carts (the TVs had places
on the bottom to attach bolts).
