[LM_NET] TARGET: Mentoring Compensation

I am interested in your opinions of what types of compensation you might be 
interested in receiving IF you were to be the mentor of a new librarian (mentee) 
for an entire school year?

While the work would be more paperwork (monthly reports / contact reports) than 
travel (because this would be more of an e-mentoring project), the mentor would be 
involved in actively assisting a mentee while s/he works on a portfolio project 
throughout the year.

Would you require/request:  

Money?  How much?

Staff development / Professional development points?  How many?

In-kind compensation, such as state annual librarian conferences paid in-full?

Other?

I'm looking for ideas to offer for compensation this year...your ideas and opinions 
would be appreciated!  Thanks!
