[LM_NET] Discipline Plan---rewards/consequences

Hi,
I'm starting work in a K-5 media center.  We are on a flexible schedule so we do 
not see classes on a set schedule.  Does anyone have any ideas of 
rewards/consequences that work well with students/classes who are not seen on a 
weekly basis?   Thank you for your suggestions!!
