Congratulations, Diane! This is so cool when they share OUR statistics. and publicly acknowledge what we do! I have had similar experiences including statistics about circulation and # of kids per day shared by board members on publicly broadcast (on local TV) meetings. We should never underestimate the power of numbers! Numbers are what administrators and school boards understand. Diane's story about the laminator also rings a bell. We can collaborate all we want, and all we can, but it's the service we provide that so often gets people's attention. The two go hand-in-hand!
