[LM_NET] Magazine circulation

[drd6w4 <drd6w4@MIZZOU.EDU>]

After searching the archives for a better way to do magazine circ I want to try the 
manila folder/temporary title approach.  Has anyone tried this with a Sirsi system, 
Unicorn in particular?  It is a new system to me and I am not sure how well this 
approach will work.  Thanks for any input!
