LM_NET Archive

I'm not a regular user of Outlook for mail, but I'm trying to help someone. If one
changes computers, is there an easy way to get e-mail messages from the inbox of
the old computer into the new one after they have been read? I've been forwarding
the messages, but that's time-consuming, since there are a lot of them. Is
forwarding my only option?

Thanks for whatever you can tell me.
