I thought of one this morning: "Light Up Your Holidays with a Book"
If you have the die (Ellison or Accucut) for a large Christmas lightbulb, you could
have the kids write the title of a favorite book on them and decorate a bulletin
board, wall, or the windows with them.

The Vigo County Public Library is "easy to find. It's the million-story building at
Seventh and Poplar streets." (Lori Henson, Terre Haute Tribune-Star, 10/8/02)

"If we didn't have libraries, many people thirsty for knowledge would dehydrate."
(Megan Jo Tetrick, age 12, Daleville, Indiana)

Hi, I have received several more good ones since yesterday and thought others
might want them. Good for bulliten boards etc...

A Book is a Gift.
Share the Gift of Reading.
Merry Bookmas!
Merry Bookmas to all and to all a good read!

I have a large box wrapped as a Christmas present in my middle school library.
On it, it says, "Our Gifts to You." The student library aides have chosen
books for the table on display.

A book is a present you can open again and again
There is Snow better time to read
HiBEARnate with a good book

and in case you missed the first HIT:

The response that I received most was "Seasons Readings." I also received "Deck
the Halls with Books and Holly," "Jingle books, jingle books, jingle all the
way... Oh what fun it is to READ in a one-horse open sleigh," "Be a
KNOWMAN....READ" (This is used for a bulletin board with snowflakes etc... all
around), and "Warm Up With a Good Book for the holidays."

Thanks to all who are so willing to share great ideas with us!
