[LM_NET] Educational Technology Journals

What journals do you recommend (use or subscribe to) that provide educators with 
the research for the best uses of educational technology?

I've checked the archives and found some journals related to libraries and some for 
technology that are questionable but I wondered if there were additional titles 
that you might be using or relying on for your technology education (with critical 
reviews of technology programs / software and the use of technology in education).  
I will also be using those titles that are found in the online databases, in 
general, but was interested in those titles that you or your tech/admin departments 
use to make those educational decisions / purchasing decisions.

If you have a few titles, I'd appreciate knowing what they might be (either print 
or online titles). I will post a HIT on this one also!
