[LM_NET] ELEM: Velcome by O'Malley

Today I came on a bunch of kids gathered around a book giggling.  Usually
means trouble.  But when I picked up the book in question, they were
looking at the picture on the author in our only hardback copy of Velcome. 
Someone had drawn a beard, horns and other stuff on the picture of the
author.  As I looked harder, I realized that it was way too neat for any of
our crew AND it was on the dust jacket COVERED WITH A DUST JACKET COVER. 
Someone would have had to take the cover off the dust jacket.  

Since I only have one hardback copy, I couldn't check if any others were
like this.  It got printed that way, yes?
