Hello Great Fount of Wisdom! Our district is trying to put together a reading enrichment program for gifted children in grades K-5. We would like new titles not yet appropriated by classroom teachers that would lend themselves to reading response, writiing, and discussion activities. These would be parent run small groups. We hope to have 4 books for each grade level ready to go by March. They can be any genre. Have you read a book recently that you could see in such a setting? I will post a HIT if there is interest. -- Pam Gelbmann, Media Specialist Wilson Elem.
