[LM_NET] OT: Missing Nephew

Peter Milbury has graciously given me permission to post this personal
request for help.

Our nephew, Bill Henry, has been missing since July 1998.  Bill is in
his mid-30's.  He was returning home to the Rochester, NY area when his
car was found abandoned in Laguna Beach, CA.  My husband and I were the
last ones in the family to talk to Bill, and he seemed to be very
depressed and under some personal pressure.  It is possible that he is
a victim of a criminal act or that he has had a mental breakdown.  As
you can imagine, not knowing for all this time has been very difficult
for his parents and the rest of his family.

We would all be very grateful if the members of LM_NET would look at
his picture & information on the following website:

The page is being hosted for us by a friend to help the family.  This
is NOT an attempt to point you to a commercial website.

If anyone thinks they recognize Bill, please contact me either through
the list, or through the email address at the bottom of Bill's web page.
 The web page also provides a way of contacting the
Laguna Beach Police Department.

If you could share the web site with others, we would also be very
grateful.  If you should decide to forward information to people that
you know, be sure to always include the web page address.  That way
people can always look at it and see any updates that might have been
added.
