I have had problems with previews in general, like receiving ones we didn't
approve, being inundated by them, etc. and have finally started saying that it is
against board policy to accept previews. This works very well and cuts salespeople
on the phone off at the pass as well. I have nothing against people trying to make
an honest living, but I really don't have the budget to buy preview books, which
tend to be rather high, and I just can't deal with the paperwork. Not to mention
that the boxes always fall through the bottom and we have to tape it up to have it
sent back!
