You are wonderful and FAST! Thanks so much. AmyBlake I love The Ballad of Valentine by Tricia Tusa. I sing it to them to the tune of On Top of Old Smokey. The Clifford Valentine Book was always a favorite of the pre-schoolers I taught. Mouse's First Valentine by Laura Thompson is great. Two titles have come quickly to mind. How about VALENTINE MICE! (Bethany Roberts) or FRANKLIN'S VALENTINES (Paulette Bourgeois)? The first one is short and sweet. Second one is a little longer, but with a popular character. AmyBlake, try Thacher Hurd's Little Mouse's Big Valentine. Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch, by Eileen Spinelli Roses are Pink You're Feet Really Stink, by Diane DeGroat Tawana Franklin's Valentines by Paulette Bourgeois I have used "Roses Are Pink, Your Feet Really Stink" by Diane de Groat for k's and grade one. THIS IS THE ONE BARBIE GAVE YOU! Two of my favorites are The Best Valentine in the World by Magery Sharmat and One Zillion Valentines by Frank Modell. Happy Heart Day! A VALENTINE FOR NORMAN NOGGS by Valiska Gregory ARTHUR'S GREAT BIG VALENTINE by Lillian Hoban ARTHUR'S VALENTINE by Marc Brown -------------------------------------------------------------------- All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
