Hi there--
Just a question - Do library staff have control of certain operations of
their laser printers? For example- can you delete print jobs in the que? or
other simple operations? Obviously if the printer is totally broken that
is a different issue. The current school I am at we have to call the tech
person in our building to do things like cancel print jobs. I am not used
to this since at the old school I worked at we had control of these issues
in the library. What is your experience? Thanks..
