[LM_NET] Susan Jeffers Art Raffle

This year's Texas Library Association Disaster Relief
Fund Raffle features an opaque  watercolor and ink
study for My Pony (Hyperion 2003) by author and
illustrator Susan Jeffers. Ms. Jeffers donated the
piece to benefit the Texas Library Disaster Relief
Fund, created to assist Texas libraries that are
impacted by disasters such as fires, floods, and
storms.

For the price of a raffle ticket – only $5 – you might
take home this fanciful scene rendered in gouache and
ink. The original illustration is approximately is 13
X 18.5 inches. Print out the raffle ticket form (a pdf
file at www.txla.org/html/wells/raffletix.pdf) and
send it with a check to the TLA Office by March 25 to
be included in the drawing in Austin on April 7. You
don't need to be present to win.

sky. The Disaster Relief Fund began in 1999 with the
raffle of a piece of art donated by Rosemary Wells.
