[LM_NET] Elem: UK PenPal needed

I have a 6th grade girl who is eager to have a Pen Pal, preferably from the UK.
Her dad would like it to come from a personal connection, not just from the lists 
that are
available on the web, etc.

She would like it to be someone her age.  Either boy or girl.
