[LM_NET] School libraries Need to Prepare for ISBN Format Switch

An issue we all may want to follow :

Since many school library struggle to maintain aging hardware and
software here is another issue we're going to be facing in the near
future. According to this article in Electric School News, There will be
a phased-in change within the next two years to 13-digit International
Standard Book Numbers from the 10-digit format. This could cause
problems for school libraries using older versions of book-tracking
software.
