[LM_NET] Tsunami links for kids

I've put together a page for my elementary kids on educational links
about tsunamis.  I've tried to keep things off that had too many
frightening pictures of the aftermant, but instead included animations,
charts, some before and after pcitures of the land, vegetation,
shorelines, and other photos without bodies.
