[LM_NET] TAR: Science Fair Project Motivators?

So you or any of your teachers do any pre-science fair activities to excite
students about creating an original project?  We have been talking about
ways to get more than the same old same old.  My philosophy is that we have
to dazzle them with many different experiments to get their creative juices
flowing.  Any ideas????
