[LM_NET] Elem and MID: 1st yr LMS only, what do you need

I am a trainer for LMS. We meet every month, and I provide training in
topics relating to the job. I've been doing this job for about 4 years, and
new LMS are getting smarter all the time. This group of LMS are really
sharp, and I feel they just know everything.(I've told them this also!)
So, I'm asking you. What has given you the most problems, caused the most
stress, would make your life easier, etc. in your first year as a Library
Media Specialist. Or what do you wish you knew how to do.
I'm hoping this information from you will help me knock something loose in
my brain to help with this crop of new LMS. As always, thanks in advance.
