In fact, most of the libraries in my school library
system are migrating to Harry Chan's OPALS automation
system that is Open Source and Linux-based and will do
just such a search with linked databases. We were
supposed to be up by Dec. 31 so it shouldn't be long
;-) and I will be glad to let all know how well it
works.
