I've read that Lois Lowry's book Messenger combines characters from both
Gathering Blue and The Giver. When I read Messenger I remembered Kira and
Matty from Gathering Blue, but I couldn't figure out which characters were
from The Giver. Does anyone know which characters in Messenger are from The
Giver??? Thanks for your help.
