[LM_NET] TECH Minolta 2300 color laser printer v. HP Inkjet 2300n or 3000n

Have any of you had experience with a Minolta 2300w
color laser printer?

We need a new color printer in the library and the
price on the Minolta is almost too good to pass up @
$399.00.

But our tech guy is learning toward two HP Ink Jets, a
3000n or a 2300n.  (We already have similar ink jets
in the system.) Either printer is about 2x the price
of the Minolta.

I think the Minolta would be the better buy because
the laser will prove to be cheaper to operate in the
long run.  If you have any comments, please share them
with me - I need to make my decision by next Tuesday.
