[LM_NET] Oftopic: Question about Chaos Theory and Strange Attractors

Hi everyone,

Is there member on the list who can help me, or put me in contact with someone who 
can, with these topics as related to education?  I am having troubling 
conceptualizing these in this field.  The questions I need help on are these:

Identify one behavior or policy that you feel represents a strange attractor in 
your school. Evaluate it in terms of how it supports or limits your organization’s 
vision. Does it limit your own ability to help students achieve or to do things in 
the classroom? If so, how? Describe how you could encourage your colleagues to take 
a long-term view of innovations that might not pay off right away.
Thank you for any help you can me.  This is for a graduate course I am taking!
