[LM_NET] GEN: Library Rules K-5

After teaching kindergarten for the past 7 years, I  will be  a 1st year
librarian at a different K-5 school. Although I have lots of experience with
K-2 students, my experience with 3-5 students is limited.

I am interested in the types of rules others have in place as well as
discipline systems. I don't think the classroom discipline plan I used at my
old school will work in the library setting.

I would also appreciate any tips on procedures you feel are important to
implement.
