[LM_NET] Gen,Elem: International epal program

We are a K - 3 Primary School and are looking to find primary schools
(third grade) in other countries to exchange information about their
cultures, climate, geography, etc.  I'm looking for any advice, programs
or contacts that I can use to get the program up and running in Sept.
