Hello everyone-

There are 3 programs at ALA in Chicago that may be relevant to people interested in 
public library-school partnerships.

Saturday, June 25, 2005, 8:30 am – 12 noon

"Scratching each other’s library backs: public libraries and schools working 
together" (Report of the AASL/ALSC/YALSA Joint Task Force on school/public library 
cooperation). Hilton Chicago, PDR 2 (3rd floor)

Sunday, June 26, 2005, 3:30-5 pm

"ALSC Public Library-School Partnership Discussion Group"

(For sharing success stories, program ideas and cautionary tales) Palmer House, 
Parlor H

Sunday, June 26, 2005, 9:30 to 11:00 am

"ACRL Partnership Libraries Discussion Group"

(For staff working in or planning joint libraries that occupy the same building, 
such as a combined high school and public library) Palmer House Hilton, Parlor G
