[LM_NET] Thanks: Books for author visit

Thanks for all the ideas.   A few people said to try Ingram, others said that local 
bookstores or B&N or Borders would give a discount, and many people said to contact 
the author.

I have contacted the author and even though he is traveling right now he said he 
will get back to me with specifics tomorrow.
