[LM_NET] HIT: TECH: MS Word & Printer problems

Thanks to everyone who responded yesterday (my original request is below).

For MS Word, several people suggested I go to TOOLS - TRACK CHANGES and make
some adjustments there.   That's exactly what worked.   I didn't know about
that feature.

I just unplugged the printer & restarted the computer and that fixed the
printing issue.

Original request:
1.)  When she highlights something and then copies/pastes it within the same
document, the pasted portion is turning up red and underlined.   However, if
you look at the text color and style, it indicates that it should be black
and not underlined.  I've rehighlighted it and tried to change it just in
case, but it doesn't work.

2.)  Her HP 5550 printer isn't working.   When she sends the document to the
printer, it ends up in the queue, but never prints.  When we open the
toolbox, the document is there, but the icon isn't the "W" normally
associated with MS Word.  It looks more like the wavy windows logo.
