[LM_NET] Do You Know This Book?

I have a teacher looking for a book that goes like this: a village has
been cursed by a wizard who turned all of the people's eating utensils
into giant spoons and forks. They desparately try to feed themselves
to no avail until finally one of the villagers realizes that the only
way to make the utensils work is for everyone to feed each other. Does
that ring a bell? If so, could you send me title/author info? TIA!
