I LOVE going into Kohl's just to see what new books / toys they are
promoting for their Kohls Cares for Kids program. We just had a Kohls
store built in our "small" community of Weatherford, Texas (which is
about to burst wide open as Fort Worth spreads westward--we have a
population of 15,000 in the "town of Weatherford" and about 40,000
people surrounding it on all sides!).... It's a great treat to be able
to shop at Kohls and "feed" this unusual need for collecting book toys
(especially since I am a middle school / high school librarian!)

I don't believe this has been posted yet, my apologies if it is
duplicated. I was so excited this weekend when I saw all three of
Doreen Cronin's "duck" books at Kohl's in hardcover for $5.00. They
also have the stuffed animals. It is part of their Kohls Cares for Kids
program. Just thought I would pass along the fun!
