[LM_NET] Target: Elementary Reference Section

I am coming to this group for advice.

I am in a new school district this year.  Two days into the school  year, my
library and 2 other rooms where shut down due to mold.  Two thirds  of my
books were discarded.  I am slowly rebuilding my collection.

Suggestions for the reference section which was pretty well depleted.   I
have received numberous books and some cash as well as school board giving me
$40000 to spend.  The loss was over $100,000 with no insurance because it  was
an environmental incident.

Thanks for any suggestions.
