[LM_NET] More on Adaptive devices

We are on a 6 period day, with Channel One broadcast as part of the day.
I can't afford to purchase 12 new TV's that have the captioning
capabilities.  We also want to show things via the Internet or VCR
through projection units.  Many of those have captioning that we can't
show right now.
