[LM_NET] Snipping is Healthy Filtering

When we post messages it helps to delete the 47 paragraphs
that preceded our message and scroll endlessly below our
few new lines.

That is called "snipping."

It is good filtering because it protects us from redundant messages
and wasted space.

Many recent messages have included dozens of paragraphs sent previously
and ironically ignored this healthy type of filtering.  Reductionism at
its best!
