Hi, I'm considering ordering the new Silverstein book - but I wonder if it
will be age appropriate for my building which is first and second only. The
excerpts I read were very funny. However,
most listings have it for 3-6 grade level. I don't have any reviews on hand
- I'm for the holiday break.
I do have most of his other poetry collections. I notice now that
I'm at various distributor's web sites that some of them are 3-6. I have had
them for years, and when I moved to this building I took them because of
their popularity.
I am hesitant now to order because of the grades are only first and
second. I had planned to get it and promote it, but now I'm wondering if it
should be for a little older "audience".
Any other primary librarians out there?
TIA,
Patricia S. Meehan
