[LM_NET] TARGET: What professional needs do you have?

I am working on a set of ten (10) workshops for next year that involve
librarians.  These will be developed around specific areas that relate
to Information Power standards (in essence) but can also involve areas
where school librarians feel they need more help with throughout the
year.  Some of the ideas that I have thought about include the basic
things like: weeding, facing challenges (book), summer reading,
programming, etc.
 
I'd like to ask what areas YOU feel you needed additional instruction /
help / resources for throughout the year?  Are there specific things
that you just wish you could find a workshop that would address those
problems or help to offer you some great solutions?
 
If you think of anything, I'd appreciate some input.  You may respond
off-list.  I plan to put together the entire list of possible topics
before the end of this month, so I'll post a HIT if others are
interested.
