I thought about just responding to Barbara Braxton, but wanted to
highlight this as a reminder for all of us as I was impacted by it. I
see the wisdom in the statement that I copied below as a more polite way
of saying, "Consider the source," before letting comments and opinions
of others add to normal, every day stresses. Thank you, Barbara, for the
reminder; yours is an opinion I value =-).
It's all about perception, and for your mental health you cannot take on
board the perceptions of those people whose opinions you do not value.
