[LM_NET] Poem for administrator

Hello,

One of our adminstrators was telling me about a librarian who encouraged an
interest in poetry through a poem about the evacuation of Dunkirk.  He has
searched for this poem without success and I have not had success in the
usual sources, so I am turning to you.  He thinks the poem is called
Dunkirk, that it has a line repeated throughout and that somewhere in it is
a reference to "not yet, Will".
