[LM_NET] OT: National Treasure and why?

Dear group,

I just viewed the movie National Treasure and my question is this: As keepers of 
this great nation's record would someone please explain to me why, in this post 
9/11 world, why the National Archives would participate/cooperate in the making of 
the theft of the Declaration of Independence?   Don't the terrorists in this world 
have enough bad ideas on their plate without our government helping them in the 
planning and actual implementation thereof?
