Our elementary teachers have selected different themes for each month of the school
year to use throughout the school. In November, Board Games was chosen. We will
spend a couple of days before Thanksgiving playing games throughout the school (I
think one of those days in National Board Game Day).

I plan to do some research with classes on the history of certain games, etc. BUT
my mind is drawing a blank on a bulletin board relating board games to the library
more specifically than just 'researching background or how-tos.

Anyone out their have any ideas? Anyone know of clipart of game boards or playing
pieces? I'm desparate for quick ideas. My bookfair is over Tuesday, and that's all
my brain has had time for until now. If anyone has better ideas for lessons, those
would be welcome too. I have from Kindergarten through 6th grades.
