LM_NET Archive



Today at lunch I had a discussion with my principal regarding the
legality of disclosing a history of books checked out by a student.  I
was under the impression that it is illegal to release that, but he
thinks it is not.  Both of us think it may have to do with Ferpa and
that maybe you need parent permission.  If anyone out there has more
info than that, please let me know.  Thanks in advance!
