The AR (Renaissance Learning) company is on a "blacklist" for many---you'll have to
get the email IP address for Renaissance Learning and then let your Tech People
know that they will need to "whitelist" the company's emails so that you'll get
your tests.

An easier method is to provide Renaissance Learning with an alternate email address
that you can access from school that won't be blocked. Because the company sends
out emails and attachments to several groups and individuals, the company is
considered "spamming" individuals. When those individuals set "blocks" on their
personal accounts (or even school accounts) this is picked up by the Spam Watch
companies and they are "blacklisting" those spammers from the public. It's sort of
a "Big Brother" thing---they are trying to protect the masses from evil spammers /
emailers, but they catch the innocent also.

Everyone,

I remember a thread about a month ago involving schools that
blocking/filtering the AR tests from Renaissance Learning. I am talking
about those people that have new tests sent to them through the email
from Renaissance Learning. I placed an order yesterday and I usually
get confirmation of the order and an announcement that the tests are
ready to download from their site within 24-36 hours. I have not
received either message. I mentioned the problem to my tech people
today and just wanted to know what other districts had done to correct
the problem or what to tell the tech people to look for, so the problem
can be fixed.

Thanks,
