As a middle school teacher-librarian I occasionally run across exception writers
among my students. I have one such student now. At 11, she has already won writing
contests. I was wondering if there are publishers who specialize in books written
by children. I know that Landmark does that and I just looked them up on the web.
They really want author-illustrators and most of my students are one or the other.
Do any of you know of any? I will post a hit if there is interest. Thanks- Ruth
