[LM_NET] Target: International Pen Pals

I have a third grade teacher who would like to have her class become pen  
pals with a class outside of the United States. It would probably have to be an  
English speaking group since these students only speak English. I would love 
to  find a class for her. If you are interested please let me know. She would 
also  like to have a videoconference at the end of the school term to have the  
students meet one another and  trade information about their  countries.
