[LM_NET] Vent - Teachers and AV

...and then there was the day I was called because "the VCR won't work." 
Two teachers (one KNOWN for resenting VCRs and who would not use them) sat 
stymied.
     I checked out the electrical outlets -yes all plugged in.
     I checked all the connections - yes they were secure.
     I hit "play"  -still nothing happened.
     Feeling equally stymied, I said, "I guess I can't make it work."
So then teacher handed me the tape and said, "Well you can take it back." 
ACK.....the tape was not in the machine!! She had it in her hand the entire 
time..................
        ........my eye roll told her how foolish it all had 
been...Thereafter it was our joke...If she said she had trouble, I asked if 
the tape was in the machine....
