[LM_NET] Donation letter

I recently received a donation of two boxes of hardcover National Geographic books 
that are in wonderful shape that I'm going to accept - some for our school and most 
for other schools in the district that have need.  I'm looking for a standard 
"donation" letter that others may have used for these folks to use for tax 
purposes.  I will not be placing a value on the books, however.  If you have one of 
these that you may have used, and wouldn't mind sharing, please respond to me 
directly.  Thanks!
