Hello, This is only my first year working in libraries, and have been working in a school library for a few months. I have just started getting a few grade 6 students to help do some shelving. They are great at shelving E and F books, but have some trouble when it comes to dewey. I found a few online resources, but they aren't exactly what I'd like. A dewey "shelving tips" sheet would be ideal (something they can glance at as they are shelving)... but I may have to create my own... does anyone know if there is an existing "tips" sheet? ... any ideas on how I can make dewey clear to them?
